Richard Worth
Richard has been a valued member of the crew since 1995. He started training under Malcolm and has grown from a trainee to Foreman. Richard is very meticulous and he is a very dependable worker. Richard now lives in Martinique with his spouse Deanie and their daughter Megan.

Roy Poirier
Roy began working with Malcolm in 2000 and he is an excellent framer. Roy can always come up with a solution to any problem. If a problem arises, Roy is the guy to see! Roy lives in Sampsonville with his wife Jillian and their two sons, Eli and Eric. In his spare time Roy enjoys fishing with his family.


	Robert Burke Robert has been a member of the crew since 2004. He specializes in concrete and framing and has a great personality. Robert lives in Sampsonville with his wife Linda and their two children Carley and Alexandra. Robert can always be found fishing during his time off. Frankie Crewe Frankie has been a member of the crew since 2004. Frankie is a hard working, dependable worker and his focus is on all aspects of dry walling. Frankie now lives in L'Ardoise and has three children Waylon, Amanda, and Ashley. In his spare time he can be found on his motorcycle. Raymond MacDonald Raymond has been a member of the crew since 1992. Raymond's expertise is finish work and cabinetry. He is excellent in customizing finish work to a client's desire. Raymond is now living in a new home which he built with his spouse Barbara and their daughter Madison. Weldon MacPhail Weldon has been a part of the crew since 2004. He is hard working, dependable and excels in concrete. He strives for perfection in all that he does and has a great personality. Weldon lives in Oban and is a wildlife enthusiast. He has tremendous talent at carving wooden water fowl.
